Returns and Refunds

If your order does not fully meet your expectations, our return and refund policy is in place to provide a fair and straightforward resolution.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 6 hours of purchase.
  • After this timeframe, your order may already be in production or preparation, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags.
  • Personalized or custom-made items, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If applicable, a prepaid return label will be provided for download and printing.
  • Return shipping costs are covered only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note: This policy primarily applies to manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Other return requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, not as described, or for size and color changes (excluding sale and custom items).
  • Please reach out to our support team to request a prepaid return label.
  • Once the original item is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Partial refunds may be granted if returned items do not meet original condition requirements.
