Returns and Refunds

At Sportwearmerch, we’re committed to providing high-quality apparel, accessories, and lifestyle items that are carefully made and checked before shipping. Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and refund policy is here to offer a fair and easy solution.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Please request any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • After 6 hours, your order may already be in processing or production, so we may not be able to make changes.

  • To request an update, email [email protected] and include your order number and details.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags/packaging.

  • Custom/personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we may provide a return label.

  • Return shipping is covered only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Other return requests may be reviewed case by case.

Exchanges

  • We can offer exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, not as described, or for size/color changes (excluding sale items and custom items).

  • Please contact [email protected] to request assistance and a return label (if applicable).

  • After we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll ship the replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • A partial refund may apply if the returned item is not in its original condition.
