Shipping and Delivery
At Sportwearmerch, we focus on providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. Currently, we exclusively serve and ship to customers within the United States. Below are the detailed terms of our shipping operations.
1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
We keep our shipping costs simple:
Standard Shipping: $4.95 for all orders under $99.00.
Free Shipping: Available for all orders totaling $99.00 or more (calculated after discounts and before taxes).
2. Delivery Timeline
Our total delivery time is a combination of Handling Time and Transit Time:
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Handling Time (Processing): 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality tailoring, and packaging.
Transit Time (Shipping): 5 – 8 business days (Monday – Friday).
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 – 11 business days.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with established global and local couriers to ensure your package arrives safely:
United States Postal Service (USPS)
FedEx
DHL Express (for expedited logistics)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
We do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
6. Change of Address & Cancellations
Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
Cancellations: If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Once the handling process has begun, the order cannot be canceled, but you may return it following our Refund Policy.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to open an investigation and ensure a replacement or refund is issued.
