At Sportwearmerch, we take pride in the quality of our activewear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Please pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., you changed your mind, the item doesn’t fit, or you don’t like the style), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Sportwearmerch Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse the shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fees

We believe in transparent pricing. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

6. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please contact us at [email protected]

8. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any faulty products.
